Buffering

Buffering can be caused by a number of things but almost of the time it is your internet connection.

What we have found to solve this issue the most is for customers to reboot their device, internet modem, and internet router.

If this does not resolve your issue and you experiencing buffering on EVERY single channel. Please reach out to us and we can investigate the issue further.

If you are experiencing buffering on only specific channels, please let us know which ones so we can fix them as soon as possible.

Wrong TV Guide Information

There is honestly not much we can do about TV Guide information as it is automatically provided to us by our streaming provider. It will eventually correct itself.

TIP: Try refreshing your TV Guide by following these instructions (click on the app you are using)

Issue With Channel(s)

If a channel is not working at all, please report it to us and we can fix it as soon as possible. 

**PLEASE NOTE – DO NOT REPORT 24/7 CHANNELS TO US AS THEY ARE AN ADDED BONUS – THEY WILL CORRECT THEMSELVES EVENTUALLY**
